How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance, especially for weekend dates. Popular months like October, November, and December fill up fast — the sooner you check availability the better.
What areas do you serve?
We're based in Wicker Park, Chicago and serve the greater Chicagoland area. Contact us for events outside the city and we'll let you know if a travel fee applies.
How long does setup take?
We typically arrive 1–1.5 hours before your event start time to set up. Setup and breakdown time is not counted toward your rental hours — you get the full rental period for your guests.
How much space do you need?
We need at least a 10×10 foot space with access to a standard power outlet and level ground. Our team will confirm venue requirements when you book.
Can guests share photos directly to social media?
Yes — guests can text or email photos straight from the booth to their phones and post instantly to Instagram, TikTok, or anywhere else.
Do you offer custom overlays for our event?
Absolutely. We create custom branded photo overlays to match your event theme, colors, and style. Just send us your details when you book and we'll handle the design.
